‘Videx CloudNected Client’ Mobile Application Privacy Policy

VIDEX ELECTRONICS S.P.A., having its registered office in Via del Lavoro, 1 63846 Montegiberto, Vat number 01208050441 (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”) , as controller of the data processing, informs you that “ CloudNected Client” app exclusively collects the username, password and e.mail address of the user, which are necessary to subscribe to the services related to the app. All data collected will neither be disclosed nor disseminated for purposes other than the use they are meant for. The processing of personal data is aimed to provide free service and technical assistance, and its use is regulated by art. 6 Lett. B GDPR.

Failing to provide the necessary data while subscribing will prevent the user from using the app.

The personal data collected will be processed by our authorized personnel through authomated tools under the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purpose they have been collected for. The storage of these data will be kept in order to provide technical assistance when requested. Any other information or image which may derive from the use of the app will neither be collected nor stored.

Specific security measures are duly taken to prevent any data loss, misuse , illegal use or unauthorized access. Technical data are stored in our servers , located in our company for a period of time of 10 years.

As the concerned party, you are entitled to the rights established by art. 15 GDPR which are:

1 – Right to enter your personal data

2 – Right to adjust or cancel your data as well as restrict their processing

3 – Right to deny your data processing

4 – Right to withdraw your consent to your data processing , if provided ( the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent you granted before the withdrawal)

5 – Right to make a complaint to the competent authority ( the Italian Data Protection Authority, whose contact details are shown in the website www.garanteprivacy.it).

If applicable, you are also entitled to the rights established by art.16-21 GDPR ( such as, data oblivion, data processing restriction, data portability, data processing denial).
